To the ladies

What is your favourite way to spend a day without your better half or having to do chores, assignments, shopping etc.

I've had the afternoon alone, ran a bubble bath, drank a glass of mine, listened to three PJ cd's and just generally did nothing.

On the rare days when I get what I call "me time" (no kids or husband) I love to have my own version of a day spa, long bath,exfoliate everything, facial & hair mask, manicure, pedicure... basic girl pampering! I also love to make a mixed tape of songs to groove to while in the car. Man, now I am desperate for a me day!

i'm not much for pampering, plus i don't have a bathtub and i'm not old enough to buy wine. personally i like to put on some pj
and make pottery or paint. today i've been painting a pot i made yesterday that i plan to give to my boyfriend for valentine's day.

take a really long time waking up, take a bath while listening to pearl jam (the bath thing assuming that i am at home and not at college in a dorm), and, like the last time i was home w/o family, blast my christmas singles on my dad's expensive and rarely used stereo thingie... and read a good book with my puppy. /images/smile.gif
