A Brief Valentine's Guide for
The Diligent Lady
Flirting has changed over the years. In
Victorian times, ladies used their fans to
send signals to the men around them.
For example:

Quick fanning with a bold air meant
availability.

Slow fanning with a relaxed
indifference meant "I'm taken."

A raised right hand combined with
fanning was an invitation, while a
raised left hand was a rebuke.

A delicate lingering of an open fan
signaled love.

A sharp snap of the fan open and
closed was a demand for a kiss!

there you go guys, don't ever tell us women are hard to read again!

TO MY FRIENDS, I'M NOT A DRUNK DRIVER...I'M PRESIDENT ELECT.

Those ladies must have had strong arms.

The motors on those fans must have weighed
a good 10 pounds alone!!/images/wink.gif
