Tomorrow seems like today
where yellow moons and black skies
haunt my being...
Time to die and time to cry -
tomorrow
Today we are all here to fly
I care for the stars
The black and white keys
on this old piano
ringing true and always blue
Long pauses with no resonation
the sound just stops...
vibrating ceases to exist
in an ear so vigil of movement
The bouncing of a string
and the words that never come...to me -
came to you yesterday
bottled up in a white square waiting
for that instant when they could
be shot away through the chords
of existence to meet my retina
Time stands still for me tonight
while I sleep and dream of being you...
of being a "meaningful" again
but I always wake as me
and realize that I'm okay...only dreaming
