damm.

havent heard this in a while. i love this cd. i used to put this cd on when i had a huge project or ad to do and i needed to be very creative. i would listen to it over and over and over again. and create these great pieces.

another old cd that i listened to over and over and over was anne lennox's diva.

listening to this is like putting on that comfy old pair of sweats on a cold spring nite ;)

awww i love that cd - no code is like that for me - the intervals of being into the work always seem to coincide with the first part of the cd then i would lapse a bit and HABIT would wake me the fuck up :)

I can't seem to stop listening to 'Unforgiven' by Metallica at the moment.

hey, michael, dont they do a version of that with an orchestra backing them up?

Thay have done that in the past, but I am listening to the one off the black album at the moment. They have Michael kamen's orchestra mixed way way down so it's almost un recognizable. In 1999, they did it live with the orcestra and james Hedfield on Guitar and Vox.

I watched a special on Music Max last night which looked in depth at the making of the album. I realised that I dodn't have any metallica in my collection, so I bought the black album on the way to work this morning.

S and M sounds great and you can really hear the orchestra on a good stereo system - it is lacking on a regular system though -

the black album is the album to get if you don't have anything - but their stuff before that is great hard rock/metal too - too bad they fell off the table, but their new album is supposed to be GOOD and ROCK really hard again

it's hard not to like songs like "Acquiesce" and "Round Are Way". I'm beginning to think that their non-album tracks are of higher quality than some of the album tracks.

<a href="http://ehpee.tripod.com/ehpee.html">ok, I just put up "listen up"</a>(for anyone who wants to hear it) because I had forgotten how good it was. when it starts out the first thing that comes to mind is, "oh this is Supersonic"... but it totally goes off after that.

I like oasis, although I don't own that much from them (nothing, just a couple of songs I've downloaded). Their not at the top of the "must purchase one of their albums" list. But that's ok. At the top of the list is Evanescense. I get paid tomorrow. Probably won't have time to buy it tomorrow, but I'll definately be buying it with this paycheck. And that makes me very happy.

Don't own a DMB album either, but I do have a lot of stuff on my computer of theirs. They are higher on my list than oasis. Perhaps I should bump them up. I'm feeling like I need to bump them up on my list. And I have extra money this pay check. yay.

Metallica - Black Album - Fucking Brilliant....the ending note that they should've left on

Oasis - Good band, great guitars and lyrics...

DMB - I hate

Under the Table and Dreaming - A very nice album nonetheless
