changes suck. the following is not a rant about updating a company's symbol, though i don't think that refining the UPS symbol is going to influence anyone's decision about which carrier to choose. but what do i know, i'm not a marketing expert.

my rant about change at Back Yard Burger. The one and only fast food joint around here that served a decent veggie sandwich, the original gardenburger brand. Now they've changed the patty and it just plain sucks. It's the grossest veggie burger I've ever eaten. I want the old gardenburger back. I can buy the gardenburger at the grocery store, but when you need to grab fast food with meat eaters it's helpful to have a place that serves a good veggie burger that i like to eat. I've sent a suggestion email to the BYB people. ANd i've complained to the managers on a local level. Though i doubt it will make any difference.
