well, I would say that it's a bootleg, yet the artwork is pretty heavy for a bootleg...it's not on the pearljam site, unless it's a tour shirt, I would say it's a bootleg...

maybe it's from the australia/japan shows? the style looks pretty similar to the "reach" shirt at tenclub.net
