How long do I wait....

before I declare bad traders? Because you guys know that I am not a dick, and hate putting people down and shit, but...I am wondering how long do I wait before it is "couth" to do this...? thanks for your opinions...

Hopefully as long as Ishy's been waiting on me. A couple months ago he sent me a check for a Singles DVD.... well, I have it packed up and ready to go, only thing is I need to get to the post office...which is REALLY hard for me to get to for some reason.
