I feel the same way about myself almost every day. I don't know if I'm any good at offering advice for this type of situation, but I will say this: 1) We are all our own worst critics and worst enemies, and how you see yourself is probably a lot worse than the way other people view you or who you truly are as a human being. 2) No matter how many "negatives" you can list about yourself, there are ultimately "positives" that you know you have within, that are just hidden to your own perception right now. Nobody is entirely awful. I think deep down you know you are better than the way you believe yourself to be.
Even if the "positives" seem small and insignificant, hold on to them, cherish them and respect them. As difficult as it may be to look past these "bad things" that are bothering you about yourself, try to accentuate the positives.

Finally, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm not trying to sound crass and say this is just a "bump in the road" or something like that, because if you feel that way about yourself, there's likely a lot of internal stuff at the root of it. But really, you will see better days.

Hope this feeling changes for you soon.

I second PSS. She has some very good advice.
I've never been very good at giving advice but I do know what you're going through, I've been there too many times. All I can really say is hang in there, things do get better, you just have to wait it out. Talk to someone, or write, or whatever, just don't keep your feelings bottled up, it only makes things worse. Sorry that I'm not that big a help, but I really do want you to be okay.

If you don't like yourself or what you have become.....it's up to you to make it better. No one else can do that....but you're already making a difference in yourself...by admitting that you don't like being in this situation, you've already taken the first step in the right direction.
