thats cool jake! i met melissa almost six years ago during my sophomore year of college...we have grown to be best friends and just recently we starting our 'relationship'... :D its nice...

AND, a quick little update, i went down to her house before she went to the airport last night and said goodbye. the goodbye wasn't as hard as i thought it would be. we both know its not a permanent goodbye...it'll only be 5 1/2 weeks till i see her when i visit for Valentines...that is NOTHING! :)

not sure on either account yet...she's finding a place as we speak...she had a lead on a sublet, but not sure she wants to pay that much. the girl she was supposed to live with backed out last thursday so she had to scramble to find a place for reasonable rent...

**so if you have any leads on a nice place for a young actress, let me know and i'll pass the info along! ;)

as for work, im not quite sure about that either...she was working at Starbucks here because they could accomodate her auditions/show schedule...she will probably start there since she can just be transferred from her home store, but im not sure which one yet...i guess there are quite a few over there! :P

Hmmm... rent in NYC is going to be pretty pricey regardless. I'll keep an open eye for any places that may open up from people at work, etc.

There are plenty of Starbucks' in NYC... one on virtually every corner. ;)
