:( so sad,..i enjoyed the clash's music - i'm sure babarocks is bummed out as well...

my heart and thoughts are with his family...

it is truly amazing that in this life a man of Strummer's age could die so young and my grandmother who will be 89 years young still worries about this being her last christmas/holidays. it just illustrates (the death of strummer) how life is beautiful and we never now when it can be taken from us in a blink of an eye...

enjoy life...

Beyond bummed out. Absolutely stunned and devastated.

I thought of you too Seth, and Rey (Yerrey) as well.

**sigh** Just can't begin to digest this. A part of my youth, my formation, now gone. I suddenly feel so old.

"The BBC quoted The Clash's video director Don Letts as saying Strummer died of a heart attack."

Truly sad to see his voice silenced at such a young age.

don't feel old: strummer was still young, touring, and making music. that makes it even sadder. take care.

Thanks for thinking of me Buannan. It's been really tough... really tough.

You're right, there are no words, but thanks for the thoughts... I'm sending thoughts back to you too, and to everyone who has lost a hero.

Much love to everyone, hope the New Year starts off way better than this.
