i thought it sounded awful and the music was awful too. I'm not into the tom morello guitar experience either. I have listened to music that makes critics go "noise or music?" (on princeton U. station) and I've appreciated it too, but tom's playing just annoys me.

Sorry Shweta, gotta say I disagree. I missed the Letterman performance (has anyone got an MPEG?), but the album has been in the CD player all week. I'm liking it quite a bit. I miss the solos, bit a I respect the overall direction. I always thought that Zach was the weak link in the RATM chain though.
