hey broken... I think we all feel like that sometimes girlfriend...it's our spirit telling us it's time to rejuvenate. Take some time and pamper yourself, even if it's only for a few hours. Slow down your pace for a couple of days. Listen to a little PJ. Do whatever it takes, because once you start feeling tapped out, your resistance goes down and next thing you know you'll be sick too.

Thank you so much 13.....it was nice to read encouraging words. That is exactly what happens to me.....I go and go.....next thing you know, I get terribly sick...actually, I'm just getting over a cold,.......

I think that's what I need to do, just relax and pamper. I don't do that enough.......

I haven't even been posting anywhere, I guess I don't have the energy to think!

Thanks Poetrywriter....I'll feel better, it's just a thing we all go through once in a while. It's usually around this time of year too. I'm ready to see crocus', daffodils and tulips peak their beautiful heads up. But unfortunately, with 9 inches of snow on the ground, i think I have a while to go!/images/wink.gif

Referring to your quote...I feel most of the time anyway, that life is what we make it. If it's mostly unpleasant in our minds, then it will be just that.
I usually try to see the good in life, I've experienced too much bad, so I try to make it positive. Doesn't always work...as a matter of fact, sometimes it's too much work, but then one little thing will happen to make everything beautiful again....

just writing down my thoughts just now made me feel a bit lighter.....

When I start feeling that way I plan a wonderful trip somewhere with a few of my loved ones. It's the best way to recoop /images/smile.gif atleast it has always worked for me, maybe it would help.
