Arby's happy to hear from curly fries fan
Six-year-old Eric Lambert of Billings figured it couldn't hurt.
He's such a fan of Arby's curly fries he wrote a letter to company officials and told them so, hinting he wouldn't mind a lifetime supply.
Arby's wrote him back and said, OK.
Lambert got a certificate from Arby's headquarters in Wayzata, Minn., allowing him to help himself to as many curly fries as he wants in Billings for as long as he wants.
Eric, a student at Eagle Cliff elementary in Billings, said his sister, Courtney, dared him to write the letter. He said he might share some fries with her.
His success with Arby's has got him thinking about writing to other companies who make things he likes.
Eric's mother, Lori Lambert, said he won't be living on fries.
"I think we'll only make an occasional trip," she said. "The woman from Arby's joked that we're not allowed to sue them if he gets fat."

He might want to watch his "lifetime supply", because if he keeps it up, he might not be living all that long ;)

Dear Guinness Corporation:
I just wanted to write to you and let you know how much I like your delicious Guinness Draft. I like the cans. I like the bottles. I like it by the pint. Why, I think that I would never get sick of drinking Guinness, even if I had a lifetime supply.
Thanks for reading. Just wanted you to know how great a lifetime supply of Guinness would be.
Your favorite Guinness fan,
Phil
PS: Please send my lifetime supply to the return address on the envelope. A copy of my ID is enclosed.
PPS: I would prefer my Guinness by the pint, and I would especially love native Irish Guinness. Thank you.

did Arby's put in a stipulation where the kid isn't allowed to exercise for the rest of his life as well?

so you really think that this kid is going to exercise for the 3+ hours of vigorous exercise that it takes to burn off the fat in a large order of fries? yes, boys and girls a large order of fries contains more fat than a double cheeseburger
yes but regular exercise builds muscle which burns calories around the clock. Also it keeps your metabolism running at a rate that will help you burn off french fries. But still, control in the diet is key. Just because they hand you a coupon doesn't mean you have to eat a ton of fries.

Well, it's not a funny joke....I guess I shouldn't be posting when my brain is fried after the end of the day.
I think my mind made the leap of...post write ups on news there...post them here....convergence...that looks funny....
But now, in the morning as I sit here drinking my coffee and eating my breakfast, I wonder what exactly I was thinking....
i can kiss my job as a writer for the Simpsons, good bye..

Actually, I did have a beer last night.... quite a few actually.... about 4 litres I think.... maybe more. I think that's the reason for my icky feeling. It's been with me all day, but it's getting worse. Prolly cause I wanna go home.

I didn't say I was housed did I? I merely had a buz. Besides, 8 pints is alot when you drink ... like ... once a month!
Of course I'm trying to relate liters to pitchers, so I don't know the exact ratio there.... but I had 3 pitchers last night.... actually, 3 and a third.
