July is quickly approaching and the planning for our jamily reunion needs to kick into high gear. It is imperative that we (the organizers) get an accurate count of how many people are planning to attend--ESPECIALLY HOW MANY NEED HOTEL ROOMS!!!
It has come to our attention that the weekend of the convergence coincides with the opening parade for Seafair Days in Seattle. This is going to make it a bit more difficult to make reservations. Hotels are going to sellout AND SOON!!
We are making every effort to find a centrally located hotel that offers competitive rates. But keep in mind that this weekend will be considered a "special event" weekend. this means it may be necessary to double/triple/quadruple up on rooms depending on your budget.
SO----please let us know a)who is definately attending and b)how many rooms you will need.
