Do you remember, way back in the day, when you thought you had it all? When life was good, you'd stay at home all day, be driven around places, do no work at all, and just have plain old fucking fun? Yeah, you know, back when you were 3 years old. Well all I remember is that I choked on some dried up apricots and my mother had to shove her hand down my throat to pull them out. I've stayed away from them ever since.

Please, amuse me with some of your own childhood mishaps.

I was five and went sledding with a friend. The friend went in for lunch, I should have went home as well, however I took the sled up the hill on my own. Came down, hit a steel post and ended up with two broken legs. Spent 12 weeks in cast and my dad carried me back and forth to school for the winter.

When I was little I used to love to watch cheesy 80's horror movies, which I still to this day love to watch. So on my fourth birthday, my brothers got together and decided to get this giant poster of Freddy Kuger(sp?) for me. They waited until I had opened all of my presents, then told me to close my eyes, and they unrolled the poster and I screamed at the top of my lungs and started crying. So, they decided to hang it at the top of the stairs, and I refused to go upstairs for a year. And no one offered to take it down because they thought it was funny. That's okay, because a few years later I taped over all their Unplugged recordings. Hehehe. Of course later in my life I regretted it....

-Mike told me not to cut off my feet to play like him because it wasn't worth it.-

Hehehe, when I was about 3 or 4 I used to watch Scooby-doo all the time, but the funny thing was I was scared to death of what might happen to him or Shaggy. So at the "scary" parts I would hide in the closet. My parents still make fun of me for that!

People are people... so why should it be? That you and I should get along so awfully? DM

The one incident that always comes to mind, is when I was about 4 or 5, & my dad & I were standing at the counter at the store. I took his hand, & we started walking out...I saw my sisters down one of the aisles & was like "Come on guys" & they were like "That's not dad!" I looked up & sure enough I had taken the wrong guys hand. The scary part is, the guy didn't even say anything, he was just gonna walk out with me./images/frown.gif ...Good thing I saw my sisters or who knows if I'd even be around today! hehe.

...I can still feel the embarrassment today! haha.

When I was three, my cousin told me that these little tiny stones (really little) smelled like chocolate. I believed him and I sniffed them, but they were so tiny that when I sniffed them, they were sucked up my nose and I had to go to the emergency room and have them removed. I KNOW!!! But I swear, I'm much older and wiser now!!

okay.. this is just further proof that I'm the biggest geek alive...when i was 2 years old my 3 older siblings always called me "Stinker"...anyway, one time my Mom took me along to some important social gathering and, at this gathering was some important lady (couldn't tell you who, perhaps a politcian, I can't remember)...well, my Mom reallly wanted to impress this woman and, my Mom went up and introduced herself....then this lady bent down to me and asked "what's your name little girl?"....and I replied "Stinker", well the lady asked me over and over again and each time I replied "Stinker".... my mother was humiliated beyond all reason and left in tears.....when we got home my siblings got the crap beat outta them (which was way wrong).....I really thought that "Stinker" was my name because that's all I was ever called...oh, well my sis and brother and I all laugh about it now /images/laugh.gif

Let's see, I always have a story /images/wink.gif...we were at my grandparents, and I was...like 7 i think, and I decided I was big enough to have a Butterscotch candy. So little boulie pops it in his mouth, and it was so damn good that I was sucking on it like a mad man...next thing you know..it went right down my throat and got lodged there. I didn't know what was going...and I was just so fucking scared....I just squeeked out a "mom"...the problem was, my mom wasn't even there, only my dad and my grandparents...but luckily Dad understood that I meant him too. /images/smile.gif hehehe

one time i was at the house of a friend of a friend when i was like 4 or so, and we thought that the little boullion cubes wrapped in the pretty colored foil must be really good candy even tho one of the adults told us it wasn't.... i mean, a 4 year old knows candy when they see it right? So when they weren't looking we sneaked into the cupboard to try it for ourselves.

BLECH!!!!!!!

Pretty funny how what comes around goes around, because I had the same discussion with my son not too long ago!!

Ok that was one of the fuckin funniest things I've ever read... Freddy Krueger... chills run down my spine... I used to have a bunk bed and my sister would wait for me in the corner of my bed where there is shadow. And when I went to bed she'd be there sitting with her fingers extended like Freddy's blades and say 'Freddy!'. I kicked her in the mouth.
