Save you? This has to be my favorite line off the whole album...I can't wait to hear it:

"F*ck me if I care....But I'm not leaving here"

Reference anyone? ;)

Ed's getting a little introspective in Bushleaguer...he makes a reference to "Present Tense":

"I remember when you sang
that song about today
Now its tommorrow and
Everything has changed."

There is some good stuff in here. This album is going to rock so hard.

Nothing too specific here but don't read if you don't want any impressions of what the album may be like based on lyrics:

1) Based on the lyrics alone, this has to be the angriest album they've ever released...it also feels like it has a very Vitology style energy to it.

2) Very event inspire album...it pretty much covers the entire range of events that have happened around and to Pearl Jam since the "Europe incident".

This is going to be something to hear....

I dont wanna sound like an ass, but this is almost too much information before the album is released

- No, it's okay, you can touch it.

Well for some it is and some it isn't. It really depends on the person...which is why you shouldn't check out the lyrics if you don't want to.

Heh, some people like to be spoiled, other people like the suspense. This is pretty typical for most of the recent Pearl Jam album releases though. Heck, I imagine that over the next two months we will probably see either the final studio versions, or earlier demo versions of the album popping up on the internet as well. Heck Yield was out about 2 months before it hit the streets, Binaural was a little closer to release but still there.

I personally will wait until the songs are made available officially before listening to them myself. The lyrics I debated over but finally decided to read...it is a lot of information though all at once but it doesn't surprise me for good or for ill.
