Hi new friends! I hope, that it is not just me, so hurt to know of all the families and loved ones lost in El Salvador. I was hoping we could send some positive energy that way? I know I will be. I know we cannot take away pain, but we can offer send our thoughts, and donate to the Red Cross. I can't imagine, losing so much. Thanks all!

correct, the earthquake. high five for no tv sister! I believe, over 500 have died.

it has been a few days, there were 80 aftershocks, 4000 (i think) homeless. I tell you what, it makes me very happy to live in a house so safe, not one made of mud and scraps.

okay,before i accept that high 5, let me clarify.... i have a 13" tv/vcr combination with rabbit ears, i pull in 2 fuzzy Canadian channels and the local station which shows those scary ass daytime talk-show dramas and re-runs of Will & Grace in the evening. I rarely turn it on tho, usually just to watch SVT :)
