To all the old timers here.....

It occured to me (when I was having a chat w/ 13 on AIM) that some of you old timers might not bee too happy with the current situation. If any of you have a problem with what has happened thus far and what will probably happen over the coming weeks please please please PM me or send me an email and tell me your thoughts. I'll try to work something out for you all.

Ps- When I say "Old Timers", I mean old timers to this board....... /images/wink.gif

What you should do is release your site's info to the search engines. Make specific mention of the fact that you are an unmoderated forum which does not impose capricious and dictatorial conditions on people who want to post about stuff....

I don't have a problem with it Smirks as long as it doesn't become a Synergy bash fest....I couldn't handle that.
The first night folks arrived, I'll be honest with you...I was alarmed. I'd never seen anything that negative hit this little old board.

I'm glad people have a haven, especially in light of individuals different circumstances,... and I hope it remains cool/images/cool.gif, so you won't have to moderate!/images/wink.gif/images/wink.gif/images/wink.gif

The only problem with putting this board on a search engine is the troll possibility.../images/shocked.gif/images/frown.gif.....it would be a shame.

no problem by me smirks...just hope it all stay positive....this board has always been a safe haven for me....so I can relate to how everyone feels having discovered this place....enjoy everyone!!!

I personally think its great to see your board grow. And you did a great job putting it all together. I am another who was here before the big boom, although not a frequent poster. Of course my small joke as Modx2
went over about as well as dental work, but hopefully I didn't hurt too
many people by it. The only thing I hope doesn't happen is that the board
doesn't become too "clicky" (cliqy??), because I know all the new arrivals
already have strong friendships and such. I would hate for this to morph
into another version of the sony bbs (minus the bannings and such). I am
sure many will remember ol' poetrywriter as one of the people who
came up with the "pj elite" philosophy aways back on the sony board.
(Aaahhh, the fond memories of the scorching pm's.)
Of course I am not helping my own cause by offering such a view, but I
don't see any reason to not be honest, either. So I offer a humble welcome
to all the "refugees," and look forward to reading all of their great
posts. I will my best to maintain this as the "safe haven" that it is...
again I apologize for the Modx2 fiasco.
