hey everyone /images/smile.gif
wondering if you could recommend a good cd player, the kind you carry around with you (personal?portable? whatever...)...maybe there's one you bought and it wasn't worth a shit or maybe you got one that's aces and
you love it and you want to marry it and you never leave home without it...
anyways..i haven't got a clue which brand is good or what little bells
and whistles to look for as far as nifty keen-o features...
it's a b'day present for my daughter and i want to get her
a really good one....

thanks and be well...
love&hugs,
ardy

PS: rumor has it scott stapp was in a car accident...true or not, send good vibes....whether you like him or not...don't wanna wish tragedy on anyone these days....

I have alway's had a sony portable c.d. player and never have had any problem's with mine.As for bell's and whistles,i'm not really sure which one would be the best.A salesman would know more on that one than i.Sorry i couldn't be of help.
i do like sony alot though.

My JVC portable isn't so good. i don't own a discman -- it's on the list for when i win the lottery. My Sony system is at home-- it's about 7 years old and still kicking ass -- too far away, though -- haven't heard it since august. And i havent' heard ANYTHING since thursday because i've been at my grandma's place and there is no cd player and no pc!!! Save me!

mine is a Philips- i've had it for two years and have had no problems with it. Don't waste a bunch of moola on on, ardy- it's not necessary. just go to Target and get one. make sure it is cd-r compatible and has electronic skip protection- that's the thing that allows one to be going 40 and slam on the breaks while the player flies across the car sans skipping : )
