Levitation

You know that levitation trick that David Blane (sp?) does where he lifts himself off the floor. I just learned the secret and how to to it. It took some practice but it's fun doing it to people and freaking them out.

lol, I'll give you a clue or hint. It's all in the angle and did you ever notice when he does it everyone is to his back left.

Just think how you could do it, with people behind you to your left. It takes a little bit of practice and your balance has to be real good.

I only saw it once a long time ago, so I don't remember it much and I never figured out how he could do it.

But by what ek said, I'm guessing he has both feet on the floor, and everybody is to his left-back. So he starts standing on his right foot toes, slowly rising, you know?
So at first, he was standing on his right foot heels and now he's standing on his toes. And he keeps his left foot parallel to the floor so it looks like he's levitating and the left foot somehow blocks the view so nobody can see what he's doing to his right foot.

thats what i was thinkin too, beta...but wouldnt you see his right foot?

maybe he has automatic, systomatic shoes that rise up....

or maybe he paints a brick with invisible paint and then stands on that

or maybe both he and ek have a sixth really strong, really long toe that grows under their feet, and thats what they balance on

or something
