I just got new sneaks, very excited about this. now as soon as the sun comes back i can run outside, all the cherry and apple trees are near bloom. the smell is so sweet.
as for running on a treadmill, i think ten is the best disc for that. unless you have self polution radio. that is perfect for the old nordic track
