What the hell happened at Synergy today?????
I was reading all kinds of bizarre threads today....some disappeared before my very eyes....what did I miss???

part of me wants to know what went on and the other half just wants to be thankful i missed it and wasn't involved! :) But it does seem something big went down right. Curiouse...

It must be just my luck, but everytime I go there lately it seems that some shit has happened. I did not see the deleted posts but I saw the one where the mods said that they were getting rid of posts that were better suited to private messages and chat rooms. And that people should feel free to take advantage of these resources. /images/laugh.gif Of course, then you had people crying "censorship" and demanding explanations from the mods. So sad. Anyway, you should check the post by Voice of Reason. Very reasonable. /images/smile.gif

I'm not quite sure what was going on RrVw...I was there for about an hour around lunchtime....and I guess it was after that Kat and Sea began deleting posts. I also read her response wicca. It makes me sad to read her frustration...we all know Kat, and she does not write so "To the Point" unless she's agitated.
I think one of the frustrations must be the "Chat" atmosphere.....now that the server works so quickly, it's not just a bulletin board anymore, it's more of a chat room....that, and alot of people have pretty harsh words for one another at times so she's simply asking to have arguments that get personal...go to PM feature.

that's the only thing I figure....she also mentioned she's getting complaints about it in PM's to her......so people out there must be getting agitated as well.
They're so busy these days with all of the monitoring, I don't want to clog her mailbox with chit-chat anymore....I can't even imagine how many PM's they must get in one day....
