so i get called into the bosses office like i do several times a week...and he shuts the door and says, "ok, two things...first, can you get yer butt upstairs a few times a week and help them with some really sh*tty paperwork that nobody else wants to do?" (i paraphrased and he didn't swear /images/wink.gif) of course i say "sure boss! anything to make you look good!" he says, "good, ok...second, do you have any 'projects' to work on tomorrow?" and in my mind i am thinking, "well sir, i might have M's tickets and would like to go..." but instead, like a model employee, i say, "nope, what do you need?" then he says, "good, then you are going to the game with me." then i said, "sure boss! you da man!!!" /images/laugh.gif
WOO HOO! going to a free lunch and then the second game, M's vs. the indians (and the M's are winning tomorrow, you have my personal guarantee! /images/smile.gif)
what a day! it pays off to be a model employee!
and on an even brighter note...he is sure to spring for beers at the game! /images/smile.gif
