Ok, so wanted to see if any of you out there are experiencing frustration with the Ten Club over another seemingly botched process. I ordered the deluxe PJ 20 DVD, got a shipping confirmation email on November 2, saying it should arrive in 5-8 business days. Cool...can't wait! Fast forward to Friday, November 18, still no DVD. So I call Ten Club, ask for a tracking number. No tracking number available, guy says he cant tell me when or if it will arrive. He also tells me there are over 1,000.....that's right, he said 1,000, of these DVD orders in the same boat. Stuck out there in never land, no tracking number, no idea where they are. He blames it on UPS, saying they are blaming it on snow delays. Huh? So I call UPS customer service, they are saying this is total bogus, there is no way they lost over 1,000 of the same product. Woman from UPS actually laughed at what the Ten Club guy told me. He told me on the phone to have faith, and hopefully I will get it. Really? Have faith? Why not run things like a real company! I order a product from your company, you process my order, ship it, send me a tracking number, voila! I mean, this is just ridiculous. Do you think the band has any idea this is how their fan club is being run? Do they care? Ok, rant over!

didn't it say there were only 500 made?
i can't believe that they made it so limited, that in the time it took for me to afford it (less than a month) they were sold out...
and now on ebay for hundreds of dollars. weren't they for 10c members only? were people allowed to buy more than 1 copy? geez.
what would be so bad about mfg another batch to satisfy supply/demand, and saying fuck you to the ebay-er's...

i didn't order it in time... was putting it off after paying off the PJ20 trip...
and then it was no longer available.
why would they make dvd packages limited?? stupid.
anyway, a very kind person was kind enough to send me copies of the extras :ditsy:

Still hasn't show up. I have seen on the Ten Club forums they are showing up in New Zealand, Australia, Europe, etc, so I really don't have much hope of getting this. It has been over a month since I got the shipping email, and Ten Club non customer service has no tracking info, yet they are adamant they shipped it to me. UPS customer service says that this a bogus claim, since anything a company ships has to have tracking information. If not, they told me you cant really trust that it was ever really shipped. If a bunch of these DVD's emerge onto Ebay, where they are generally selling for $300 - $500, I might get suspicious! :scared:

That truly sucks. I received mine not too long after the initial delay. It's amazing that it wasn't tracked, I've been checking the dvd and blue ray sets, people are nuts, I saw 2 dvd box sets going for $599.00 each last week.
I'm sorry Merlin! Keep on it though, there's no way they should leave you hanging like this!!
In the delivery confirmation email it says USPS not UPS,
""Domestic orders are shipped via DHL SMARTMAIL/USPS First Class/Priority Mail
and will generally arrive in 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS of this email confirmation.""

So my PJ20 vinyl set arrived yesterday, and the package had a delivery confirmation sticker on it from USPS. I really think my dvd box set arrived with one of those stickers from the Postal Service as well Merlin.
I would get in touch with my Post Office if I were you,

So Ten Club customer service says this is shipped to UPS at first, then they deliver it to the local post office. USPS then makes delivery to your house/PO box. He also said they always used to used DHL and never had problems. Obviously this new system is not working, as he told me. Contacted both USPS and UPS, they said the same thing, without tracking number there is really nothing they can do. They can open an investigation into where/how it got lost, but they said it is up to the shipper, Ten Club, to provide tracking info. All Ten Club has provided is a shipping email on November 2. Ten Club is still blaming this mess on snow delays with UPS. Laughable!!!
