this sounds good, was listening yesterday before work. I like them too but don't own any of their music. what would you recommend as a first album to buy?

i'm not sure what the best album would be, i really like "perfect from now on" but thats just me and because it was the first one i really heard them and got to know the album the most. it would by hard to hear just one song from that album for me, all the songs flow into eachother in my head and they belong together. so i love that one because of the familiarity, it is a bit older i am not sure exactly what year.

i was also lucky enough to see them two years ago do the whole "perfect from now on" album front to back in a fairly small venue, then they threw in one of my favorite songs and another really good one at the end as the encore.

the favorite song mentioned in the prior sentence is "CAR" which i suspect might be a favorite of others too. i've met a few people who dig it, i don't think it got any radio play ever but could be wrong, but anyhow either way it is one of those songs that has really effected the few BTS lovers that i've encountered. its usually slowed down and haunting when played live which is sooo good.

i've got another album or two of theirs somewhere and i haven't listend to them as much compared with the rest, to say if they are better or worse, but i know they are good too...

so i guess my answer is insted what immediately comes to my mind from my own path of "getting to know them"... which would be the "perfect from now on" album and also check out the song "cars" from a different album.

i don't know if i have any of them online, i will look.

but definitely worth checking out in my opinion, i really dig em.

here is a two song clip of doug acoustic solo at a little bar down the street from here awhile back, that I wish I had known about because I wouldve loved to see / hear it. of the 3000 views this link has, half of them might be from me...

new album seems a little lighter in vibe compared to the more murky "perfect from now on", in my opinion.
