The lighting makes Mike look like he had cheek implants.

I've noticed that their new promo shots all have really harsh (soft? harshly soft?) lighting in them, the type that tries to make people not look they've actually lived 40+ years (obviously retouching and other digital shenaniganry comes into play here as well, and has since the technology went mainstream. This is just really, grossly obvious.)
