DVD problems?

I have been trying unmercifully to get the damn thing, but I keep getting a "page can't be displayed" thing every time I try to check out. I've been trying for two and a half hours, and its ticking me off.
Does anyone know what the heck the problem is?

I either ordered 2 dvds (i only wanted one) or none at all... I had problems too. I got some weird error message that wasnt' conclusive at all so I don't know what the f uck is going on. I don't reckon to keep trying cuz I'm afraid from trying twice that I *did* order 2 dvds. Hey if I could spare the cashmoney, that would be fine, but i can't.

AUGH!

Hey don't ask me why I'm looking at the Synergy BBS, but this is some consolation. And by the way, I had to revive an old thread cuz I didn't want to start my 8th new one.

I just wanted to let everyone know that things are running fairly smoothly down at the old fan club and at sony, now that the flood is over. As you know, rush orders are showing up today, and as far as we can tell, no one inadvertantly ordered multiple copies by re-submitting their order. When I posted yesterday, I was a little overwhelmed by the server traffic and some of the very angry posts on this board. So my response may have been a little short and mean, but I just wanted people to slow down a little. And it worked. I can be a little impatient when I'm tired and cranky, too. Once again I want to thank you guys for being the best fans a band could ask for, and I would like to commend the mods of this board for being such a big help in making this
thing happen. On behalf of all of us here, Thanks.

i jumped on the "gotta have it!" bandwagon monday around 6ish..
had the same probs as most everyone else..that fricken page thingee..
i got no confirmation number, no invoice, no email...but tuesday
i did call the friendly folks at VISA and they reported the most
recent charge made to my account was from 'sony direct' for about $24...
so i guess i am to assume that the order took, however, i'll
believe it when i'm holding it in my hot lil hands /images/smile.gif
