That's right people......it's friday in Tokyo and that means asless chaps day.
I'm not on site this week, for a change. We have a practice meeting this evening followed by another evening of wine and food. I have the casual chaps on today ( the brown suede ones) and a low key blue chambray thong. I used to get a few odd looks when I turned up tp the office looking like this, but I have gradually won people around to my way of thinking and have started a minor trend.
many people now wear the chaps and this is both a good and bad thing. We have a couple of secretaries in the office who are WAY cute and they have adopted the look with gusto. Miyo is wearing a fetching pair of sky blue leather chaps today and a cute little red check Victoria Secret V-string and matching bra. She has topped the ensemble off with hair in pony tails, lots of pink lippy, and a cute little lemon coloured stetson. Tomoya is more of a winter and has opted for the gunmetal grey chaps wth a lovely vinyl snake skin thong and a mesh tank top in the same pattern. Tomoya has chosen a stylish yet rakish acubra style hat with a sexy slant to the brim in order to round out the outfit.
Even my boss has gotten into the act, although he has chosen to delve into the burberry style collection with plaid assless chaps, no shoirt and a tweed sports jacket with leather elbow patches . Unfortunately, Vikki has also chosen to sport the chaps. I have no problem with her body shape, she's just got no idea how to match her colours. I mean, who wears a bright green pair of edible undies and royal blue assless chaps and a red bra? Please.....
Anyway, last night I met up with a friend of mine from high school whom I have not seen for about 5 years. She is on her way to London to work for a couple of years. I worry about this one, and let me tell you why.
This girl is brilliant. She was in the top 5 of our state when we all did oour university entrance exams in 1990, she studied Law, but dropped out 6 months short of her degree. She started a degree in languages (Russian German and Italian) and got fluent in them all, but didn't do the last subject which would give her an internationally recognised qualification, she is 1 subject short of a teaching degree, she plays classical and Jazz piano, the carinet, the cello, sings extremely well and does 100 other things at a very high level....but she completes nothing......Everytime she gets close to completeing something she stops.
I think it's to piss her parents off, but she won't admit it. They are very over bearing and she bears alot of hostility toward them. i hope she gets rid of the hostility when she gets to London and starts to live for herself.
Anyway....that's it....
too hungover to make sence.....
