Wow, I feel like I'm getting ready for the Olympics down the road! This morning I won a little membership to a local gym & if that ain't a big message from the *be careful what you wish for* gods, I don't know what is!! *training, training, training*

I have always been a kind of slow-moving, comfort-zone addicted, yeah, yeah, I'll get there sort of person. & I do make my deadlines -- usually leaving things until I put the pressure on myself to purge it out. Fuck, I guess I wouldn't have gotten THIS far without some kind of action goin on. Helps when you care about what you are doin too.

Thing is, I'm not sure what it is I am in *training* for. I guess I'll just look at it as the basis for everything else that might come along in my life; keeping healthy, brain-active, interested, learning all the time & fucking, fucking HAPPY. Nothing's ever gonna get me down again. The storm always passes, the pendulum always swings back, the highs & lows become one entity, the thrill of life always a challenge, a mystery, a treasure...

Oh, maaaaaan, I know I am going to be so sore tomorrow...but what a good soreness.../images/wink.gif

"You know I love you always
~never be another like you
or like me~
You know that..." - written by my friend Don, the lead singer in a band that used to practice next door called the Shags. He played a fine old starburst Fender Telecaster. He was cute with his sandy brown hair, cut in a style called a Bogie -- long on the top & sides, short in back. Cool.

i hate working out. Walking, maybe... but working out? No way.
I'm glad they are saying that the curvy woman is back "IN" because
I am all about the curves!

I love going to the gym.....There is always at least one hot girl there who wears the smallest leotard and knows she has a great bod. You will notice that she never seems to raise a sweat. she just preens around the gym, it seems that this is the way women like this stay fit.

I used to be a member of The Metropolitan Club which was a gym in Filham in London. I was in there one night and was blown away by the fact that there was this woman who I knew was a Porn actress (I had seen some of her better work) working out there. You can believe that I went back there alot....I was a very fit young lad at that stage.

She was so bendy.....
