Help please!!!

I'm trying to see the video clips from Nilfun and nothing is happening!!/images/crazy.gif The windows media thing comes up..but then it just sits there doing nothing!!!/images/frown.gif What am I doing wrong now!??!! God I hate this computer!!!

i found it easiest to first download Quicktime from quicktime.com

then install it, you may have to restart your computer, then it should work. I just downloaded the files, and then watched them taht way.
