The position is for client support (Technical) to work out of our office in Portland, OR (in the heart of the Pearl District). We are a growing and dynamic company, and are looking for someone who enjoys working in an unstructured environment.
Required Technical Details:
This position’s responsibilities include interaction via email and telephone with SurveyMonkey.com growing customer base.
This position requires advanced customer service and technical support abilities.
Applicant must have a high technical aptitude and working knowledge of Internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office products.Do you possess the following qualities?
I thrive working in an unstructured environment and self motivated.
I am organized and efficient.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
I have a sense of humor. (Monkey jokes do not count.)Plusses:
Experience in a technical customer support role is desired.
A Bachelors degree is desired.
