hey, sistah, i will have you ALL know that i passed the girl scout leader camping training one AND two (the advanced course).
i can cook a bakedpotato in some wierd box thing and make friggen bacon and eggs in a paper bag.

i also passed a class in orientiering, just incase any of your drunks get lost in the woods.
its just that now that i am older, i know what i like. and i am not a huge fan of sleeping in dirt :P
but i suppose if i do make it out there, it would be fun to camp with you all and take pictures ;)

since you were little, they have invented tents. thus, no more sleeping in the dirt.

hello - the inside of tents get dirt in them. and you are sleeping over the dirt. and when camping you become one WITH the dirt. and then when it rains all that dirt turns to mud.
blech!
but it was a recent event that i earned my girlscout LEADER training ;)

Tents have these mudflap deals now where you take off your shoes or wipe them off before entering the tent.
Wildhorse also has free, hot showers. As for the golden variety, ask Dominic.

define "camper"... if it means a girl who needs indoor plumbing, hot showers, a plug for her hairdryer and a place to apply make up, them I'M a CAMPER !!

there's no rain or humidity....it's in the desert. there's no dirt cause this campground has nice, soft grass. your car will be right smack in front of your tent. it'll be hotter than blazes during the day and freezing cold at night...bring vats of sunscreen and a heavy jacket
WAIT A MINUTE
there are outlets for our blow dryers?
this must be heaven

04-20-2006, 09:27 AM
Oh come on. You can't really expect to channel the power of RAWK (particularly GRUHHNJ) with a freaking blow dryer.
It's called HEAD BANGING. I refer to Ed in the Hunger Strike video, and I am also available to instruct in either a group setting or, if you have special learning needs, one-on-one.
CALL NOW!
while i consider myself extremely low maintainence, i do enjoy taming my afro puff every once in a while. the problem may also be solved with a ponytail which is probably what is gonna happen.
i'm signing up for your class, reena. meet you on friday!

I'm bringing a hair dryer, long extension cord and that's it and that's the only thing I need, is this. I don't need this or this. Just this ashtray. And this paddle game, the ashtray and the paddle game and that's all I need. And this remote control. The ashtray, the paddle game, and the remote control, and that's all I need. And these matches. The ashtray, and these matches, and the remote control and the paddle ball. And this lamp. The ashtray, this paddle game and the remote control and the lamp and that's all I need. And that's all I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one - I need this. The paddle game, and the chair, and the remote control, and the matches, for sure. And this. And that's all I need. The ashtray, the remote control, the paddle game, this magazine and the chair.

In some particular order ...
- Get car fixed :tired::hurt::disapp::bored:
- Get map of Washington State, those easy-foldy, writy-ony kind
- Tell Nancy and Rhiannon to pack a little light 'cause Rob wants to bring his guitar
- Be jealous of Rob 'cause his friend got him a ticket to the Portland CCFA benefit
- Call Rob and work out camping supply issues, meet-up times in Seattle.
- Format photocard, buy new battery for backup?
- CHONG LI! CHONG LI! CHONG LI! CHONG LI! CHONG LI! (sorry, Bloodsport is on the teeveee upstairs)
- Hoark all this gunk outta my throat
- Find wallet with US funds in it already
- Figure out what I'm going to say to the border guard Thursday night when I head into Bellingham
- Get all that info from Nancy again 'cause I lost it all. Whoopsies.
- Stress out. Whoo!
