Unkept Hope broght this to my memory. I can't remember when I wrote it, I often do that, I wish I would date everything.(i'm stupid/images/smile.gif) But I was reading it the other day, and just thought that I would share it with you...again...
When all is lost

When all is lost,
and everything begins to fold,
air no longer matters to breathe,
and water no longer flows.
Emptiness of a heart, a soul,
emptiness of everything important.
Love seems to have never existed,
and blood never traveled veins,
there is no point in finding purpose,
no need to shed the layers,
stuck within an empty vase placed high on a shelf,
this is when all is lost.
Conquer this, I know you can,
we have all felt alone,
we've traveled roads with no maps,
no idea on where we are going,
we've swam through waves so big,
we've climbed mountains so high,
we've been hurt and forgotten,
raped and tormented,
unforgiven and diluted.
We've made it through,
on top,
under,
swam a sea of never ending,
to find it wasn't true.
Our hearts stand alone,
one maybe two,
but never forgotten.
Bleeding on the rocks,
or high above the clouds,
our blood flows on others,
to give them the warmth of a peaceful end.
