The server crashed again last night, and early this morning I had a temporary server up with this message:
Hello,
Those of you trying to visit the InTune, PJnet or Smirks.Org websites please be aware those sites are
currently down. Also, all email that is being sent to intune.org, pearl-jam.net, console.org and
smirks.org are being rejected. Below is an email you can use if you need to get in touch with me.
Last night at some point the server died yet again. This time it died with a kernel panic though,
something that wasn't happening all of the other times it crashed. Luckily I was able to resurect the
server and grab a quick copy of the databases that run all of the above sites. I'm currently in the
process of configuring a temporary server to handle the web requests while the main server is being
repaired and/or upgraded.
I have no idea when the temporary server will be ready. It should be setup sometime during today.
However, be aware that I am trying to get this all configured while I am at work. If an issue
arrises where I need to do 'real work' that will of course take precedence over this.

Well, a few hours later I finally got the temporary server configured for the bbs.
sooo, now the bbs is being run off a temporary server until the main server can be fixed. /images/smile.gif
