looks like PHUN...the question...who did kristin ply with alcohol at this show? :) gosh, i wish i could have been there to enjoy the festivities, and, most importantly, the wonderful music...glad you got to go.
my memory of bobby is, of course, standing in front of the bbq...while chris and i took our chances on breaking a window...

yeah, i decided to be THAT way with live music a few years ago - ALL live music, not just pearl jam - did she get a poster? what about shirts? which shirts did you get? what are they selling for this little jaunt?

that is one whacky pic of bobby. it was during either the 2nd encore break or rockin in the free world with all the lights on. we were pretty freakin happy :):):)

during rockin' in the free world...unless, for some strage reason, they turned the lights on for the encore break...they usually leave it really dark for those...

no teeshirts - kristin got a $10 shirt outside, as is our custom. but i didnt really like any of them and i really have soooo many :rolleyes: . so, i got a poster ($25). i think its the coolest philly poster ive seen. although it got a bit crushed during alive..... the incredibly drunk people behind us kept shoving the row of seats up, and the poster was resting comfortably on our seats, but it either fell, the drunks tried to take it or they picked it up and used it to wave around during the *hey...hey....hey* part. after the song, we looked back and it was on the ground, in their isle, with a big footprint on it :(
but it has character now and is resting and getting de-creased between heavy pieces of foam backed flooring. :)

nice - i love the canadian tour shirt that i got - i haven't been able to wear it yet because i'm afraid to wash it. my poster, at the show, rested happily on the seat wrapped up in my bad ass localmotion "i love (it's the hand representation of love) hawaii" hoodie! everyone at that show was so cool.
the next BIG question - were there any eagles chants during the show? please, say, "NO"!!!!!

well, not where we were, but i hear up in the upper sections there were :D then, of course as we were leaving they were plentiful - as were the eagles jerseys, shirts and hats that folks wore :)
ed made a comment about the phillies - sorry they are out of it, maybe next year, and we thought for sure there would be an eagles chant at that point, but i didnt hear it.

as long as YOU didn't break it out, then, i guess, that's all that matters...kosher concerts are the best!

It was nice waving to you. I'm sorry we couldn't stick around to chat after the show, but we had work the next morning!
One thing that I've found though, is that if you turn off the flash you'll get MUCH better pictures at a concert. With the flash on you get nice pictures of people's heads while the stage is all washed out and barely visable.

yeah, i know about the flash - it wasnt my camera and i tried to turn the flash off but i didnt know how and couldnt figure it out grrrrrrrrrr anywho, i was going to lean over and take a pic of you down the row, but people get getting in the way.
but, yeah, i am pretty happy with some of these pics :D
gosh, its so nice to relive this night. and its so freaking depressing that its all over!!!!!!
