i had lawn tix too but my buddy had those vip passes that got us sort of back stage to the beer garden area...OVER RATED! but he works for red bull and had a vendor passes which got us BACK STAGE! but they were over rated too cause we got kicked out for just "hangin out"...but i did see ed rush away backstage when the show was over! pretty cool!

It was the prefect night. It lives on in my memory forever....and if I ever get my boots in the mail it will get relived everyday!!

Hey, I was there too! I had fan club tix and was about 8 rows back on Stone's side. Not quite close enough to touch Ed when he crowd surfed for 2 seconds. :)
The funniest thing about that boot though is the guy on Mike's side who is literally yelling in between every song "Michael you are a fucking god... Michael give me your fucking guitar... Michael, do you know that you're a fucking god?" I was laughing out loud the other night listening with my headphones because he just doesn't quit. I mean, at least half of the show you can hear the same guy talking to Mike. I think at one point he finally says something to Jeff- "Jeff, you're a fucking god." It's pretty annoying, but it gets kind of funny after a while because he never shuts up.
Yes, it was freezing that night but they came out and rocked so hard from the very beginning that they almost gave me an asthma attack.

They did fuckin' rock from the onset!!! They came out blaring with 'Rearviewmirrow' and I nearly pissed my pants. I still haven't received my boots in the mail:-( I'm starting to get worried. I wonder if Mike could hear that guy screaming that. I wonder if it was the guy who ended up on stage and got escorted off??

Yeah, that was kind of scary when all of a sudden that guy was standing right next to Ed. It's funny though to listen to it on the boot- the music keeps going but Eddie just stops singing for like 2 lines and then kicks right back in like nothing ever happened.
Hopefully your boots will show up soon so you can relive the magic. :)

i was supposed to meet a friend at the end of the first set and i told him to listen for rear view mirror cause they ususally end a set with that...he said "wow, that was a short show"..heheh

but it was amazing..cold or not! i don't remember! /images/smile.gif
