And I'll let you have my body
And my heart and soul and everything in between
And I'll let you have my madness
And the few parts of me that are still innocent

You can have my my faded shoes
the diary where I write
you can even have my breathing but
baby please don't leave because

it is you my sun
the faith by which I live
the potential of my voice
the man with who I dream
it is you my love
my inner need for laughter
the goodbye I could never say
baby please don't let me be
alone

If one day you do decided on
packing all your things and leaving me here
like this
you would shut down all my doorways
and I would never be able to leave
And I'll let you have my silence
And I'll let you have my nose
I'll even give you my bones
but baby please don't leave because

it is you my sun
the faith by which I live
the potential of my voice
the man with who I sleep with
it is you my love
my inner need for laughter
the goodbye I WILL never say
baby please don't let me live
alone........

Standing in the water
Waiting for day to break
Hoping that rain will fall
Again preventing the scourge
Under my bridge there is no leak
No pets No moss to patch
Nothing left to lose...to find
Water slipping past my calves
Trickling and tickling cold
Sliding over rocks mesmerizing
Dropping drips along the green
Slimy careless steps falter
Face down in liquid hell
Cold not hot...breathe in
Should I bother standing up?
Roll over?
Watch the sun peak through?
Wake up...
realize it was only a dream?
Another dream...another day
