There's a fair bit more to it than that, but that's the basic's of it.. All day stupid, stupid people.. I've never dealt with some many people who just don't have a clue in my life.. It's amazing..

Example A..
ME - 'Do you still have your documents sir?'
CUSTOMER - 'Yes, I have them here'
ME - 'Ok what we need you to do is to take copies of them..'
CUSTOMER - 'Oh I can't do that!!'
ME - 'Why's that sir??'
CUSTOMER - 'Because I've already sent them away..'
ME - 'But you just told me you had them there..'

Example B..
ME - 'Did you catch our address from the automated message?'
CUSTOMER - 'Yes, I wrote that down'
ME - 'Ok so send those documents through to us..'
CUSTOMER - 'What address do I send those through to'
ME - 'The one you wroye down from the message'
CUSTOMER - 'But I didn't write that down'
