Okay.. lemme get this straight!

Their plane splits in three parts... the front end crashes somewhere else and everyone but the captain is dead in it. The back end is god knows where... and the middle section just happens to crash land intact (from 40,000 feet!) enough that 48 passengers survive, most with little more than scratches, bumps and bruises. Oh..yeah.. and a 9 month pregenant woman survives without going into labor and stillbirthing her baby. Although the cockpit is completely severed from the body of the plane, the engines still are able to run and have a constant fuel supply. Well, that is until some guy gets sucked into one and it blows up...didn't see that coming! So, that being said... I'm assuming although they are 1000 miles off course, the plane has a black box and a transponder(GPS) device. Still, they are going to be lost for atleast a full season there in Jurassic Park...

Am I being nit-picky here?

no doctor in his right mind would
allow a 9month pregnant woman
to fly...unless it was for a dire
emergency....d-i-r-e.....

every disaster flick has a 9month
pregnant woman in it...
who looks like a fricken model....

c'mon

i didn't watch it....
TV wasn't on last
night in my house....

I heard there were a-gonna be lots of flashbacks to the crashing scenes throughout the series..maybe from different points of view and stuff....
uh-oh...
I don't know if that would be too good for my health and well-being to re-play that over and over...
whaddya think there cath?! :scared: :hurt:

ok - they're being stalked by a giant dinosaur?

a giant transformer?

and an ex-con who happens to get his hands on a gun??

they crash but the engines run long enough to suck some poor dude into them?

and everythings blowing up but people are just hanging around the precariously dangling pieces of fuselage?

and I agree with ardy - no flying allowed after the seventh month

well - I'm still tuning in next week

hehe

I think they're being stalked by Clifford the Big Red dog. The pooch just wants to play :) So, my main things were this 1. Who's (or is it whose?) golden lab is that running around the island (I'm assuming that owner is dead)? 2. Is what's his face from LOTR evil???? Say it ain't so!!!!

ok here are some of my answers to the questions:

i think the main reason you didnt see people hurt too bad was because it is on regualr tv. i heard they really had to cut the original pilot cuz it was to graphic.
that is why it would be so much better on HBO. they did show quick glimpses of people wounded and many times referenced that there are alot of dead people, they just can't show it cuz of how PC you have to be on network tv.

the lady with the baby, i believe it did die cuz she said it she hasnt fealt it move since the crash, so i think that is dead.

in the one crash flashback they showed you saw several people run up from the back of the plane just before it blew up, one of which was the lord of the rings guy, which makes me wonder if they blew up the plane??
there seems to be more to him than meets the eye.

my mom says the monster is just monkeys, but i hope it is a big monstery dinosaur or something.

the dog is weird? it could have been on the plane? or is it coming from somewhere on the island?

i like it... i just wich is was on HBO so it could be a bit more realistic...
