Traffic or weather related?

I sped like a demon to get home before a storm hit tonight.... but it turned out to be all bluff. Just rain. I hate weather people.... they get me all excited for a kick ass storm and I get nuttin.

If I was a science nerd I'd be a storm chaser. I'm a storm enthusiast. :D

traffic, there were accidents everywhere!!
i even heard them before i left, but thought i'd just miss the traffic, cuz my only other way is always slow, so i took my chances and screwed up big time!! it was horrible...

but we did get alot of hard rain here...

Well atleast you got home safe and sound. I hate traffic too. Id rather sit in the accident then take the short cut or go around it..... everyone takes the short cut or alt. route and that could take even longer.

I sat in an accident once for almost 4 hours. I didn't even get out of my car..... didnt have too much of a choice.. I was in my pajamas with bedhead. I had my car off most of the time but I barely made it to the gas station before the red light came on. Sitting in that accident was the pits. Thank god I didn't have to pee, lol.

My brother called at 5:00 last night and left a message. I was still on my way home from work.. he said that there was a tornado warning in Burlington County, which isn't too far away. I think Tornado warnings up here..especially in Ocean County... are completely bogus. They get me all excited for nothing....thinking Im gonna see something cool and nothing happens. Tornados usually hit in the "rich county" aka Monmouth County.

I don't even believe thunderstorm warnings either. Once again they get me all psyched that Im gonna see something cool, and we just get rain.

We had a bad storm about two weeks ago where the sky was the color of Mountain Dew soda, which is a sign of tornadic possibilities close to happening. But nothing happened.

I know I sound like Im a freak for wanting to see a tornado..but Im one of those people who would pay over $2,000 for a trip to the midwest where storm chasers take you out on the hunt for them. I guess thats what happens when one of your favorite shows in Storm Stories on TWC. :)
