for those of you who havent heard, one of my best friends had an accident last tuesday nite (not at the mardi gras riots)...but he is in the hospital and needs some thoughts this way...

i just got back from the hospital and he is improving! they are gonna take him off the ventilator later today...YEAH! he even opened his eyes for a bit today...keep the thoughts and prayers (if you do that) comin'...

thank you all again for all the thoughts and prayers for Joey...

here is a quick update...he is still in an induced coma and on a ventilator, only because they want to be totally sure he is ready to come off of it...his brain pressure is staying down, that is a good sign...and he was moving quite a bit when i saw him today which is also a good sign...it just a matter of time now before he is able to come off the ventilator and "wake up"...
