I'm John, but you can call me Jeremy. I'm 27 years old and I live in Torrington.
All I listen to is Pearl Jam, except for sometimes when I listen to U2, Garth,
Metallica, or Puff Daddy. I work at a toy store here in Connecticut, but I do
not need the money, so I just do it for fun. I guess you could say I'm lucky.
On a cold day in 1986, my grandmother won the Connecticut lottery, so we're all
totally well off. But the job at the toy store is fun, so that's why I do it.
Right now I'm listening to my favorite song, Daughter (except when I listen to
Evenflow or In My Tree). The songs mean so much to me, and I'm really glad that
all of you found somewhere to meet online. Well, I guess that's about it for now
Later guys! I hope to discuss Pearl Jam with you a lot in the future!:)

Welcome. I've never heard of where you live but it must be more upstate from where I lived. I used to live in CT. Darien CT.

Hi Pearl Garden 13

Ive been through Darien CT before, on the way to the City to meet my grandmother for the Manhattan Canasta tournament. It looks like a nice town. Torrington is up north a ways, just before you hit Massachusetts.

To everybody else, thanks for the welcome!

Well I haven't even been past Fairfield county before excpet once when I went to Vermont. Dariens LOOKS like a nice town and has low crime....except for that Alex Kelly thing that happened awhile off (did you know that the road I used to live on was where he raped one girl and years later flipped his car over on it). Well drugs can be a problem in schools....trust me I know that I still have many friends up there. Also there isn't that much to do unless you're in High School and then they have the Depot which is a building connected to an old trolley cart. It's fun there. They have games and pool tables and a 50's style snack bar. The schools there though are really hard and not fun at all even though they sell good food. The town to be in is the one right next to Darien: Royawton or spelled something like that. It's perfect and I'm gonna rent a summer house there so I can get guitar lessons from the greatest in CT and the only one I trust to get them from. Also the house so I can see my friends.

Welcome to the jamily. I am relatively new here also, but I can still say welcome. I live in CA and the closest I've been to CT is VT which is actually a beautiful state. Again welcome and could you send some of that lucky cash my way:-)
