They just said on the news that it was a 6.2 centered just south of Seattle ...that's the first report ...as we alll know that may change.

JAAAAAAAMI!!! that was such a trip!!! that's the second one i have felt, the first was only a 3.2, this one was definitely bigger. How is Seattle fairing? I only get Vancouver news!

they just annouced on the news that now there is a tsunami warning all the way up to Alaska...and they are saying it was felt in Salt Lake City..holy shit..that was infuckingtense....alot of buildings in Seattle have been evacuated....but it doesn't appear so far that anything was badly damaged...wooooooooooaaaaaaahhhhhhhh

it was shaking the building, I thought I had just finally gone insane and this was how it happens. Nothing fell, but my whole computer desk was shaking and you could kind of feel the ground rolling. TOO COOL!!

Just saw on MSNBC the damage in Seattle....looks like a lot of buildings lost their roofs or the side. Bricks everywhere on the sidewalks and parked cars. Hope you all are doing ok out there!!!!

It's been upgraded to a 7.0 !!! They said it was stronger than the one in Northridge,California a few years back,and that one was deadly.
I also heard some office building in seattle had some floor's pancake together.
I sure hope everything is allright for those peep's.
Bill Gates was holding some conference in seattle and it struck during it. Knarly!!! I guess they have lots of footage of it on camcorder's,because of conferences that were being taped.
I hope our Jammer Boy's are safe!!! Yoikes!!!!

Yea...and I especially like how the media tends to make things sound worse than they actually are. I mean, don't get me wrong, 6.8 on the Richter Scale makes this a pretty hefty earth quake, but it is 5 times weaker than a 7.3.

Well, whatever... I still wanna wobble around a little bit.... hmmm, I wonder.... if you jumb while there's an earthquake do you still shake?

They say it was because it was such a deep quake that it dispersed the intensity while it shook... I think that's why they felt it from Alaska to Utah... I have friends who live like *right* at the epicenter.... I need to get in touch with them, hopefully the phone lines are okay now!! Last night it was a bitch trying to make a long distance call.
