I was wondering what a good "starter cd" would be for someone who has never listened to her before. I have always liked the few songs I have heard, and wanted to buy something...
I was thinking of getting the live 2 CD one, but just wondered if anyone liked her what they think would be best for a first time listener...

I've not heard the one you are referring to, but I'm sure it's good...they all are
my two favorites are, now that I've found you: a collection and new favorite
have you heard nickel creek? you might like them too
the O brother where art thou soundtrack is a good one too...a bit bluegrassy so you have to like that style, but it's good
and the cox family and the whites if you really want to hit bluegrass

any of them are good, like B said - just don't get a spoken word disk of hers - she doesn't have one, but still -
