but the ipod has a dirty little secret...once the battery dies, er...is unable to hold a charge, it is not replaceable. nor is your music. you are probably better off getting another model. i just got an rca one, havent had any problems...and it has a HUGE memory.

I don't think you should hate Tom Waits. I think that maybe you should read the lyrics to 20 of his songs... read them over again two weeks later... then buy "Rain Dogs"... listen to it once... put it away for half a year... then put it into the cd player one day when you feel like shit.
