What makes customers think it's ok, to lick their nasty fingers & hand me money??? /images/mad.gif I swear, I am gonna start wearing gloves at work...My hands are raw from washing them a million times a day, because everytime a customer insists on licking their nasty hand before giving me something, I have to go disinfect them...Then the next customer comes along & does the same damn thing.GRRRR...I swear it is just a matter of time before I snap at one of them. I mean, as if the money isn't nasty enough in the first place, they have to further contaminate it with a wad of their nasty spit, before putting it in my hand, & then they put their disgusting fingers on my pen to sign the log book, & to top it off, I work at a pharmacy...so fur the most part the people who come are sick, so as if spreading their regular germs isn't enough, they have to spread their nasty sicknesses as well...Luckily fur them I am mad tough & don't let germs attack me. hehe...
& To any of you finger licking, money touching, hand contaminators out there...GRRRRR!!! Just think of me climbing over the counter & kicking your ass the next time you get ready to do that to the nice clerk or whoever, who is too polite to tell you that you are nasty & you suck. /images/mad.gif /images/tongue.gif ...Ahhhhh....much better. hehe

i hate working with people... i kind of off and on work at a department store, and after working there my hands get so nasty from touching money all day... and hangers too... i'd have this grey-silvery hanger goo on my hands.

I worked in a convenience store when I was a freshman in college, and the movie clerks is a romanticized fairy tale compared to actually living that life. Thank god I will never have to deal with an 8 year old dropping a handful of sweaty pennies on the counter and saying "how much can this buy?" again. Feel for you pearlmelon.

Never been there but I am completely fussy when it comes to touching things others have used. You can buy a purse size hand santizer with moisture cream. Saves you having to wash them constantly and it dries in immediately.

A friend of mine used to work at Blockbuster Video and one time this guy actually pulled money out of his underwear!!!!! Gross!! And I've seen people pull money out of their sock too!!!

Oh, one other terrible thing is the smell the coins leave in your hand... UGH!!! I don't like it when I have to hold them, and the whole money thing is too disgusting /images/tongue.gif I'd rather not think about it or I'll start using credit card even when I have to buy bubble gum /images/laugh.gif

OK, and I have to add some other things...

I hate public bathrooms!!!!!!!!!! I'd rather hold for hours than give in and pee in those disgusting places. there's piss on the floor, all over toilets; people don't understand what the word 'flush' means.. ewwwwwwww
even the door is disgusting... I start thinking... "what if someone didn't wash their hands and touched this same place I'm touching now?" Gross, and I'm sure it happens!

and when someone borrows my pen and put them in their mouth when they don't have to write anything down...

and when people don't close their mouth while eating... they make noises and stuff.
