And you know it's time to go
Through the sleet and driving snow
Across the fields of mourning to a light that's in the distance.

And you hunger for the time
Time to heal, 'desire' time
And your earth moves beneath your own dream landscape.

On borderland we run.
I'll be there, I'll be there tonight
A high-road, a high-road out from here.

The city walls are all come down
The dust a smoke screen all around
See faces ploughed like fields that once
Gave no resistance.

And we live by the side of the road
On the side of a hill as the valleys explode
Dislocated, suffocated
The land grows weary of it's own.

O com-away, o com-away, o-com, o com-away, I say I
O com-away, o com-away, o-com, o com-away, I say I

Oh, oh on borderland we run
And still we run, we run and don't look back
I'll be there, I'll be there
Tonight, tonight

I'll be there tonight, I believe
I'll be there so high
I'll be there tonight, tonight.

Oh com-away, I say, o com-away, I say.

The wind will crack in winter time
This bomb-blast lightning waltz.
No spoken words, just a scream
Tonight we'll build a bridge across the sea and land
See the sky, the burning rain
She will die and live again tonight.

And your heart beats so slow
Through the rain and fallen snow
Across the fields of mourning to a light that's in the distance.
Oh, don't sorrow, no don't weep
For tonight at last I am coming home.
I am coming home.

"Show me how you do that trick
The one that makes me scream" she said
"The one that makes me laugh" she said
And threw her arms around my neck
"Show me how you do it
And I promise you I promise that
I'll run away with you
I'll run away with you"
Spinning on that dizzy edge
I kissed her face and kissed her head
And dreamed of all the different ways I had
To make her glow
"Why are you so far away?" she said
"Why won't you ever know that I'm in love with you
That I'm in love with you"

You
Soft and only
You
Lost and lonely
You
Strange as angels
Dancing in the deepest oceans
Twisting in the water
You're just like a dream

Daylight licked me into shape
I must have been asleep for days
And moving lips to breathe her name
I opened up my eyes
And found myself alone alone
Alone above a raging sea
That stole the only girl I loved
And drowned her deep inside of me

You
Soft and only
You
Lost and lonely
You
Just like heaven

There are some slight lyrical similarities in the two ... running, dreams. Cool.

Thank you.

That's where we part ... no bacon for me, and I'm not fond of mushrooms at all.

Wendy was my big sister, and I loved her very very much.

(I thought that would sound funny for the most-part. but it's mostly depressing.)

sigh.

Just think of the Xmas ornament (if it was the same sister). I take it's not bacon mushroom melt season at Wendy's.

I don't think I completely got what you were getting at there, but I tried, damn it.

I went to the bathroom after I typed that... and when I got back, I couldn't remember what I was getting at either.

and I still can't. so don't feel too bad.

True patriot love la la la la la laaaaaa. It's almost 3 am out there ...

Cool. I think more gets cleaned out than just the colon/urethra when one goes to the john.

JP references always bring about a smile.

and yes, a trip to the bathroom is like being born again. for me anyways.

You're not alone. It's a wonderful experience.

I was told once that I probably never got out the "anal stage". That person was probably right.
