So yesterday was really fun. It was ice cold windy (and I mean WINDY) and it was DUUUUUUSTY. Aw, there's nothing like a good sandblasting in the morning. Mmmmmm.... great. There was a slight chance of snow :bigsm: , but it didn't happen :disapp: Just lots and lots of dirt. It was difficult to see more than 20 ft ahead of ya sometimes when the wind REALLY kicked up. I'm still trying to get the sand out of my eyes. And, you know, all the construction around campus... and the barren land where they've cleared out all the buildings to make room for the eventual East/West freeway isn't helping any. So today was calmer, but still cold. I had to wash all the dirt off my windshield so I could see when I went and got gas. MAN that was icy.
On a brighter note (at least to me), and least post-summer (fall doesn't actually exist here, it just summer STRAIGHT to winter and then STRAIGHT into summer again) has FINALLY decided to grace us with it's presence down here in west texas. lol
