Solomon - now married to actress Shannen Doherty - is also suing Paris's spokeswoman Siri Garber and her parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, for slander. His lawyer Martin Singer filed a complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday alleging the defendants had "aimed at portraying Solomon as a criminal who took advantage of an incapacitated young woman", and they "claimed that Hilton was so out of it that she could not even hold herself up". However, Singer argues "Hilton repeatedly posed and preened in front of the camera", before taking control of the camcorder and filming herself in the bathroom where she said "her breasts looked much better" in the light. Solomon is suing the defendants for slander because they claimed Hilton could have been underage - although he says she was 21 when the video was filmed in May 2001. Look it she wasn't rich and her parents weren't part of America's snobbish eliete, it would be cry-me-a-fucking-river time around here. We'd be clucking and hemming and hawing about how it's terrible the way parents bring their children up and how the kids aren't responsible. Instead we are delighting in in her humiliation and calling her names that she doesn't really deserve.

And as for her 'rather risque public lifestyle', give me a fucking break. After your comments on he way her parents have been pimping her and her sister out, can you expect any less. And, for that matter, who the hell cares how she lives her life? She's an "it" girl and possibly a little bit vacuous, but can she be expected to understand what you understand, given the way she was raised? How dare any of you have the temerity to sit in judgement of her?

What disgusts me about the name calling is that simply because she is rich and white and pretty, she somehow deserves some scum bag distributing a video tape of her performing sex acts, on the internet? I'm sure there are quite a number of skeletons in the closet of all the people here, me included. Just imagine how we would feel should some of those be aired publicly.

And as for Cara's comments, there are several nasty five, four and three letter words that would be applicable to people saying those sorts of things. You may not be in the public eye, but you are more deserving of them than you perceive Paris Hilton to be of yours.

Have your opinions, but for christ's sake, apply them consistently and fairly.

I don't think she's a whore. We could call almost every celebrity that we see on "Celebrities Exposed 143343" a whore because they have done so many different people. Who cares.

well, you know michael, you have a few good points ...and you are correct that i should not judge anyone. i apologize.

i find no distinction between a poor working girl on the streetcorner selling her sexuality for money or a wealthy girl who sells her sexuality for fame. if i am going to label the first a whore or a prostitute, then i label the second girl with the same term.

we all make choices, michael, and every choice has consequences. we all have a responsiblity to live the best life we can while keeping in mind the people who are effected by our decisions.

Ok, so I didn't know who she was, so I had to go figure it out. First off, she's is overly made up, but not NEARLY as bad as I was imagining based on some of your descriptions. Secondly, I think if you choose to make a video like that for you and the person you're making it with, that's one thing. There is a certain kind of sluttiness to releasing it for others to see... presuming, of course, that was her intention. I wouldn't know.

On a related note, did you know that the first Hilton Hotel stands in Cisco, Tx, where I grew up and my parents currently live. They have a tiny museum there now, 2nd floor with pictures of the late Conrad Hilton and so on in publicity shots. Pictures with Zsa Zsa Gabor and Elizabeth Taylor. Did you FURTHER know that the Hilton was originally built to house oil field workers... at least, that's how I remember the story... it's been a while since I read about it.
