the medley of somewhere over the rainbow/what a wonderful world is great - my dad loves it - i love it - first time i ever heard it was on E.R. when Mark Greene was dying. It does teh same for me - it is a song that can take me from seething to ready to hug -

that is where i heard it first too, dominic...that is one of my favorite episode's of ER....
it is also used in a Tyson Chicken commercial

you just ruined the song for me - those last few episodes that year really were sad - i've seen anthony edwards die in every thing i have even seen him in - Goose, and then Mark - :(

ok well the tyson chicken commercial kind of takes the sentimentality right out of it, lol!!! :P
but yes...the over rainbow / wonderful world. i love it. i need to find myself a copy of it.

my mom was so sad when he died. :(

I didn't know Dr Green died, which probably dates the last time I watched ER....

I heard this song when dominic sent it to me. I think it's still on my computer somewhere. It's nice. :)

he died a few seasons ago. it was terribly sad.


That version of Over the Rainbow is so great.
